Gillian Kotlen

Gillian Kotlen focuses her real estate practice on the acquisition and disposition of properties throughout the United States, including shopping center transactions, multifamily rentals, and self-storage facilities.

Gillian has significant experience reviewing title, and regularly negotiates agreements, performs due diligence review, and manages transactions through closing.

Gillian’s expertise also includes real estate finance matters, representing lenders in a wide array of commercial transactions with a particular focus on multifamily rentals and co-op apartment buildings.

Before joining Pierce Atwood, Gillian was an associate in the New York office of a full service corporate law firm.
