Dave Foss has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, banking, and corporate law, focusing his practice on secured lending, affordable housing finance and development, and conveyancing.

Dave works with banks, financial institutions, and nonprofit lenders to structure and document all types of financing arrangements, including acquisition, construction, term and bridge financing transactions, SBA 504 and 7(a) program loans, and other real estate and asset-based credit facilities. 

Dave also advises real estate developers, owners, and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate and development, from acquisition through permitting, financing, construction, leasing, and disposition.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Dave was a partner at a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based real estate firm.
