Brian T. Cronin

Brian Cronin is an associate in Pierce Atwood’s Real Estate Practice Group where he focuses his practice on commercial lending.

Brian has experience representing individuals, developers, lenders, and nonprofit entities in a broad range of real estate matters, including project development, acquisitions, commercial financing, commercial leasing, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Brian was an associate at a boutique law firm in Braintree, Massachusetts where he focused his practice on residential project development and commercial lending.

After graduating from law school, Brian worked as research director and committee counsel for the Massachusetts House of Representatives Committee on Redistricting and the Joint Committee on Consumer Protection & Professional Licensure.

During law school, Brian co-founded the Entrepreneurial Club and the Joint Degree Law Student Association.
