Kelly Silva

Kelly is a paralegal in Pierce Atwood’s Real Estate Practice Group and has more than ten years of experience handling a wide range of real estate, banking, and litigation matters.

Kelly drafts conveyance and loan documents, court pleadings and motions, memoranda, settlement and legal service agreements, closing agendas, ordering, filing, and tracking ongoing diligence.

In addition, Kelly has broad experience with the Registry of Deeds, using it to determine title issues, obtain important title information, and to perform title rundowns. Kelly also drafts and files Uniform Commercial Code documents, and researches corporate information using various secretary of state websites to integrate into the closing documents.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Kelly worked as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at a boutique law firm on the North Shore of Massachusetts, where she focused on litigation matters resulting from foreclosures and evictions.

Kelly also worked at New England Sports Network, where she witnessed the Boston Red Sox 2004 and 2008 World Series runs.
