Mary Clements Pajak Joins Pierce Atwood as Partner

Trusts & Estates Practice Continues its Boston Expansion

Pierce Atwood is pleased to announce that Mary Clements Pajak, along with paralegal Linda M. Farina and legal assistant Emily Pothier, have joined Pierce Atwood’s Boston office.

Mary and her colleagues will help enhance the firm’s highly-acclaimed trusts and estates practice by offering additional skilled representation for high net worth clients in areas including trust and estate planning and administration, wealth transfer, succession planning, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, estate and gift tax return preparation, and more.

Mary has an extensive legal background, most recently as principal of the Newton, Mass. trusts and estates law firm Clements Pajak LLC. She was also vice president and northeast regional manager of the Estate Settlement Department at Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Company (now BNY Mellon), and practiced for many years at Boston area law firms, always concentrating in trusts and estates matters. Mary received an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School, and received her A.L.B. cum laude from Harvard University.
