Katherine Kayatta Joins Pierce Atwood's Boston Office

Pierce Atwood LLP is proud to announce that attorney Katherine Kayatta has joined the firm as an associate in its Litigation Group.  Katherine will work out of the firm’s Boston office where her practice will focus on all aspects of business and commercial litigation in federal and state courts.

Katherine assists her clients with a range of business matters, including breach of contract claims, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and intellectual property claims.  Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Katherine was an associate with Robinson & Cole LLP in Boston and also served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Leigh I. Saufley of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

Katherine earned her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, cum laude, and her B.A. from Boston College, cum laude.     

She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Maine, the U.S. District Courts in Maine, Massachusetts and Connecticut, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First and Second Circuits.
