Program attendees will hear directly from keynote speaker Paul Locke, MassDEP’s assistant commissioner for waste site cleanup, as he discusses the proposed amendments to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan.
Following the keynote, Pierce Atwood environmental law partner Michelle O’Brien will moderate a discussion where attendees can ask questions and delve further into the proposed MCP amendments and their impact on the environmental business sector.
