Kasey Boucher is an intellectual property and business attorney, and works with clients of all sizes, ranging from early-stage companies to leading companies within their respective industries.

Kasey represents clients on all aspects of trademark matters, including searching, prosecuting, and enforcing trademarks and brands. She assists clients with the protection, enforcement, and licensing of copyrights. In addition, Kasey advises companies on various aspects of advertising and unfair competition laws, including advertising claims, sweepstakes and contests, as well as consumer privacy issues and matters such as those involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). She also drafts website terms of use and privacy policies. Kasey’s work in these areas spans across many industries, including sporting goods, footwear and apparel, cosmetics, food and beverage, automotive, technology, software, and others.

Kasey also advises clients, including banks and insurance companies, on a wide range of technology transactions, including software license agreements and software as a service agreements.

In addition, Kasey handles a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating general commercial transactions, as well as conducting and managing legal diligence in mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Kasey played ice hockey for Boston University and within the United States National Team Program.
