Kasey Boucher advises clients on a wide variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation and governance-related documents.  She also conducts and manages legal diligence in mergers and acquisitions.

Kasey also represents clients in various industries on a wide range of intellectual property matters and transactions.  Her experience involves drafting and reviewing license agreements, service agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies. She also assists clients with the selection, clearance, prosecution, protection and enforcement of trademarks.

Kasey is a graduate of University of Maine School of Law where she graduated summa cum laude. While there, she was a case note and comment editor as well as a staff member of the Maine Law Review. She also was a Teacher’s Assistant in Real Property Law and Torts. Upon graduation, she received the Faculty Significant Achievement Award, which is awarded for a combination of academic performance and overall contribution to the school.

During law school, Kasey was a Pierce Atwood summer associate. She also volunteered as a mentor in the Portland High School Mentor Alliance Program. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Kasey played ice hockey for Boston University and within the United States National Team Program.
