PROGRAM DETAILS

Security in the Workplace

Over the past few years, a number of tragic workplace shootings have made employers and employees alike question the security of their own workplaces.

Whether considering a dispute among co-workers or a termination of an employee who just seems to be struggling in some undefined way, many employers ask themselves whether they should be calling the police or a security company to assist. To address these important issues, we turned to T&M USA, a private security and investigations company that provides its clients with the critical combination of advance preparation and readiness to respond to the risk of workplace violence. Hugh Goulding, Director, Safety & Security, and Susan Schorr, Managing Director, Investigations at T&M will join us to share their insights and strategies.

Generative AI (“GAI”) in the Workplace

We can no longer ignore the impact of generative AI in the workplace. Ready or not, all workplaces must grapple with the reality that employees are already using GAI and usage is only going to increase.

Many of us still don’t know what GAI is and how it differs from an advanced Google search. We will dive into all these issues with a focus on:

  • What is GAI and how does it work?
  • How can GAI be useful in the workplace?
  • What are the risks associated with using GAI?
  • Key elements of a workplace AI policy
