2026 Employment Law Midyear Update

Please join Pierce Atwood’s employment group for our 2026 Employment Law Midyear Update on Thursday, May 28 in Haverhill, Massachusetts.

The program will start with lunch at noon and wrap up with a cocktail hour. In between, we will cover the following important topics:

• AI in the Workplace: What we are seeing and what we recommend
• EEOC Update: Agency priorities for the coming year
• Workplace Bullying: Best practices for investigating reports of bullying/offensive conduct
• Update on Leave issues:  Policy considerations in light of new state paid leave programs

By popular demand, we will also hold a breakout session so that attendees can hear from peers about approaches to AI in the workplace.
