2024 Employment Law Wrap-Up
It is that time of year again! We are pleased to present our end-of-the-year legal update. Please join Pierce Atwood’s Employment Group on Wednesday, October 30 for our annual half-day program to discuss some of the most pressing issues facing employers as we end this busy year and get ready for 2025:
- Workplace accommodations, with a focus on mental health and neurodiversity
- Employee activism in and out of the workplace
- 2024 Employment Law Update (including pay transparency, FLSA salary threshold, Maine Paid Family and Medical Leave)
By popular demand, we will also hold a breakout session so that attendees can hear from peers about how they are handling workplace accommodations.
Lunch will be served at noon and we will conclude the program with a cocktail reception at 4:30 pm.
