Experienced faculty from across Maine will convene at the Augusta Civic Center for this annual Continuing Legal Education program to share updates on significant changes in the law over the past year. Pierce Atwood attorneys will present on the following topics:

Suzannah Dowling represents clients in a wide variety of employment matters, and is a trained and certified Title IX Investigator.

Kellie MacDonald practices employment-based immigration law, working with employers and employees to develop and implement solutions for short and long-term immigration needs.

Kyle Noonan represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, as well as regulatory investigations. Kyle’s clients include companies in finance, health care, construction, forest products, and telecommunications industries.
