Pierce Atwood Adds Experience and Depth to Boston Commercial Real Estate Practice

Paula Devereaux joins firm as partner

Pierce Atwood is pleased to announce that experienced commercial real estate and land use attorney Paula M. Devereaux has joined Pierce Atwood’s Boston office.

Paula focuses her practice on development, zoning, permitting, planning, and environmental regulatory compliance. She serves as real estate counsel for a number of clients in Greater Boston, ranging from smaller organizations to large corporations, medical centers, retailers, and real estate firms. Paula also regularly advises clients on City of Boston permitting matters, waterfront development issues, and in sales, acquisitions, and financings.

Paula is active in the real estate community and is the current president of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA). Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, she was a partner on the Real Estate, Environmental, Land Use & Zoning, Finance, and Health Care teams at a midsized Boston law firm.

Paula received her law degree from Boston College Law School, and graduated cum laude from St. Michael’s College with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science.
