Litigation Attorney Jack Woodcock Joins Pierce Atwood as Partner

A trial lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience, Jack’s practice spans commercial disputes, environmental litigation, and mass torts, where he regularly guides clients through multifaceted legal and factual challenges. Known for his clear judgment and steady advocacy, Jack is a trusted advisor to clients facing significant legal and business risk.
Before joining Pierce Atwood, Jack was a shareholder in the litigation group at Bernstein Shur. He has been consistently recognized by Chambers USA for General Commercial Litigation and by Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation and Construction Litigation. Jack graduated cum laude from University of Maine School of Law and received his B.A. from Bowdoin College.
