Kris Eimicke and Ryan Kelley Speakers at BBA Program: Dark Times – Financial Distress in the Renewable Energy Sector

Pierce Atwood partners Kris Eimicke and Ryan Kelley will participate in a panel discussion on the topic, “Financial Distress in the Renewable Energy Sector.” This program will focus on some of the financial, legal and operational issues that present unique challenges and opportunities when distressed situations arise in the renewable energy sector.

Kris Eimicke concentrates his practice on tax issues, economic development programs, and project finance with a special emphasis on state and federal new markets tax credit programs, renewable energy tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and the opportunity zone program.

Ryan Kelley advises clients on issues arising at all stages of distressed situations, insolvency, and bankruptcy. He regularly represents secured creditors, trade creditors, landlords, sellers and acquirers of distressed assets and entities, and other interest holders in workouts and restructurings, liquidations, and collection actions.
