Miriam DuVall
Miriam DuVall is an associate in Pierce Atwood’s Business Practice Group, working in areas including technology transactions and data privacy.
Miriam is a Certified Information Privacy Professional in U.S. Law (CIPP/US). During law school, Miriam was a research assistant for Northeastern University’s Institute for Experiential AI, and the NuLawLab’s Smart Human Rights Cities project.
In addition, she interned at the Public Health Advocacy Institute in Boston, where she drafted motions, performed legal research, and explored the public health ramifications of social media and online gambling.
Before that, Miriam was a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Allison D. Burroughs of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and was a legal intern in the Fair Labor Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.
Miriam was previously a Pierce Atwood summer associate, where she performed legal research and wrote on a variety of matters for the firm’s energy, litigation, and technology transaction practice groups.
