Manuel Alejandro Sanchez-Wong
Manuel Alejandro Sanchez-Wong focuses his practice on corporate matters, including technology transactions, trademark matters, and privacy-related commercial contracts. He advises clients on commercial agreements, licensing and other technology arrangements, brand protection strategies, and data privacy provisions in vendor and services contracts. He also assists with mergers and acquisitions, and has contributed to pro bono immigration matters.
Before joining Pierce Atwood, Alejandro practiced law in Havana, Cuba, after earning his law degree from the University of Havana School of Law. His prior experience includes working with Havana’s Department of Justice, providing counsel to government agencies and reviewing documents for use abroad, coordinating UNICEF’s “Por un Mundo al Derecho” program, and serving as a teaching assistant in Business Law.
Alejandro later moved to the United States and earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School. While in law school, he spent two summers with Pierce Atwood as a summer associate before joining the firm as an associate.
