Pierce Atwood Welcomes Real Estate Partner Douglas A. Troyer to Boston Office

BOSTON – July 18, 2023: Pierce Atwood LLP is pleased to announce that experienced real estate, land use, and litigation attorney Doug Troyer has joined its Boston office.

Doug focuses his practice on real estate development and permitting, and administrative and land use litigation. He represents developers, retailers, restaurants, and individual owners in obtaining local and state permits for various types of development projects, and represents individuals, condominium associations, developers, and multinational corporations in land use disputes involving small parcels and huge tracts.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Doug was a founding member of Moriarty Troyer & Malloy LLC, where he was a principal in the Real Estate, Land Use, and Litigation Departments. Doug received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Denison University.
