Katie represents private and public employers and helps emerging companies establish and maintain all aspects of their labor and employment policies and practices. She routinely advises clients on federal, state, and local employment laws, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, accommodations, leaves, wage and hour, equity compensation structures, COVID-19 compliance, whistleblower, and misclassification issues.
Katie received her J.D. cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law, and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University. After law school, Katie clerked for Honorable John A. Woodcock Jr. in Bangor, Maine.
