We are pleased to share highlights of Pierce Atwood's 2025 pro bono and community service efforts in our 12th annual Pro Bono & Community Service Overview.

Pierce Atwood’s dedication to bettering our communities through pro bono legal representation, volunteering, and leadership in community organizations is tightly woven into the fabric of this firm 

This dedication has shaped the firm’s identity since its founding in 1891. Fast-forward 135 years, and while the challenges have changed, the needs remain vast and the barriers real. We are pleased to reaffirm that our dedication to pro bono and community service remains central to fulfilling our commitments to each other and to the communities in which we live and practice.

We are grateful to our lawyers and staff who consistently step up to help in the face of evolving challenges. We celebrate that progress in this report while remaining mindful that there is so much left to do. We are keenly aware that the effort we contribute is small compared to the effort contributed by those who need our help—those working against steep odds to improve lives for themselves, their families, and our shared community.
