Peter P. Gelzinis, a partner in Pierce Atwood’s Real Estate Practice Group has been recognized as a “Go To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.

Peter has extensive experience advising and counseling clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, joint venture, leasing, and development of different types of commercial properties, including office, industrial, mixed use, multifamily, hotel, and retail properties.

Peter is a Real Estate Bar Association board member, and co-chair of its Commercial Real Estate Finance Section.
