Firm attorneys Peter Guffin and Kyle Noonan have co-authored an article in Maine Lawyers Review titled, "Maine's New Internet Privacy Law in Brief." They explain the law, what it means for businesses, and how it will be enforced.

Peter Guffin is chair of Pierce Atwood's Privacy & Data Security Practice group, a Visiting Professor of Practice at the University of Maine School of Law, and co-director of the school's Privacy Law Program.
