Gareth Orsmond Speaker at BBA Webinar: Title & Conveyancing Issues in Battery Storage and Energy Infrastructure

Pierce Atwood commercial real estate and land use attorney Gareth Orsmond will be a speaker at the Boston Bar Association program, Charging Ahead: Title & Conveyancing Issues in Battery Storage and Energy Infrastructure. Gareth will be joined by Anthony Bucchere of National Business Development to explore how practitioners are navigating site control, permitting, redevelopment constraints, and complex legacy title conditions often associated with industrial properties and infrastructure corridors.

This program will cover topics including the intersection of title insurance and zoning relief, insuring generation tie lines and related infrastructure interests, redevelopment of industrial properties subject to reciprocal easement agreements and historic title practices, and the role of Activity and Use Limitations and other quasi-regulatory restrictions in modern energy development.
