Brooks Magratten Recognized in PBN 2026 Leaders & Achievers Awards Program

Pierce Atwood partner Brooks Magratten was selected for inclusion in the Providence Business News 2026 Leaders & Achievers Awards program, based on his influence, innovation, leadership, and longstanding commitment to the Providence community.

All honorees will be profiled in PBN and recognized at an in-person ceremony on August 20 at Aldrich Mansion in Warwick, Rhode Island.

Brooks Magratten has more than 30 years of experience in insurance and commercial litigation. He is the former Northeast Regional Director of DRI and former chair of its Life, Health & Disability Insurance Committee. He has defended more than 200 ERISA benefit and breach of fiduciary cases in 12 states.
