Brooks Magratten Presenter and Co-chair of DRI 2026 Boot Camp for New Life, Health, and Disability Lawyers

At this year’s DRI Boot Camp for New Life, Health, and Disability Lawyers, Pierce Atwood partner Brooks Magratten will present the program, “Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Risks,” where he’ll discuss group accidental death and dismemberment insurance policy clauses, bases for claims, and defenses.

He is the former Northeast Regional Director of DRI and former chair of its Life, Health & Disability Insurance Committee.
