Brooks Magratten Panelist at ABA 2026 National Insurance Symposium

Pierce Atwood partner Brooks Magratten will be a panelist at the American Bar Association 2026 National Insurance Symposium. The panel, “Loper Bright Update: Diving the Chevron Shipwreck,” will examine the impact of the Supreme Court’s 2024 decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and offer perspectives on whether and how the decision has affected challenges to the enforcement of government agency regulations in practice.
