Alex Mattera and Chris Currier Presenters at Restaurant Finance & Development Conference

In “The Battle of the Barristers: Negotiating the Terms and Provisions of a Restaurant Loan Agreement,” Pierce Atwood attorneys Alex Mattera and Christopher Currier will focus on the negotiating process between lenders and borrowers during loan closings. They will discuss how both sides try to secure the best terms for their clients and will explore some of the common and less common terms that are negotiated and the ways in which they are resolved. Alex and Chris will take on the role of opposing counsel and explain their reasons for agreeing to some changes and not others.

Alex Mattera focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, insolvency, business reorganization, and creditor and debtor rights.
