ACC Northeast and Pierce Atwood Present Data Protection: A Risk-First Guide for In-House Counsel
Pierce Atwood is partnering with the Association of Corporate Counsel Northeast (ACC Northeast) to provide programming tailored to Maine in-house counsel. Our final program of the year will be held in person on Tuesday, October 27 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. This program has been approved for one hour of general Maine CLE credit.
Pierce Atwood Privacy & Data Security attorneys Vivek Rao and Ariel Pardee will lead an interactive presentation designed to help in-house counsel identify, assess, and address the most pressing data protection risks facing their organization.
Using a “working backward” framework, the session will begin with key risks — including data breaches, privacy violations, and AI-related exposures — and then explore practical strategies and best practices for managing them. Attendees will leave with an actionable checklist they can use to help strengthen or validate their organizations’ data protection posture and help their business teams manage risk effectively.
Please visit ACC Northeast for more information and registration instructions.
The Association of Corporate Counsel is a global legal association that promotes the common professional and business interests of in-house counsel who work for corporations, associations, and other organizations through information, education, networking, and advocacy.
