Shannon Linnehan
Shannon Linnehan represents clients across a wide array of litigation matters, including corporate, employment, and administrative disputes. Her practice focuses on business-related torts and contract claims, employment discrimination defense, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Shannon served as a law clerk for the Hon. Joseph M. Jabar of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
While in law school, Shannon completed a judicial externship with the Hon. Kermit V. Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, mentored first-year students as a Legal Writing teaching assistant, and competed in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Moot Court Competition, where her team earned awards for its briefing in consecutive years.
Before attending law school, Shannon worked in Maine and Colorado as a drinking water engineer.
