Andrew F. Pauker

Andrew Pauker focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, representing private equity funds, investment banks, and private companies in buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, and corporate restructurings. 

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Andrew was a corporate associate in the New York office of Sidley Austin LLP, where he also served as a summer associate during law school.

While in law school, Andrew was also an intern for Mobilization for Justice, which provides clients in need with housing-related legal representation.

Andrew graduated magma cum laude, Order of the Coif from Fordham University School of Law, and received his B.A. in history and government from Colby College.
