Supervisors and managers are generally expected to achieve business results. The hard part for many supervisors and managers is that they must rely on their employees to get the work done. This 2-hour virtual program will explore best practices for guiding employees to achieve business results while complying with complex state and federal employment laws.

Using practical exercises and real world scenarios, this interactive program will focus on how to set clear expectations, give feedback, and assess performance. Building on and referring to the concepts discussed in Managing Employees 101, we will provide a clear road map to support supervisors and managers in the hard work of managing people and complying with applicable law.

This program is designed for managers and supervisors as well as past participants in our Managing Employees 101 series.
