While the NLRB has always had a statutory basis for jurisdiction over certain aspects of the non-unionized workforce, the current Board has taken a much more active approach to regulating the employer-employee relationship.  Among other things, the Board has attacked employer policies or agreements concerning social media, media contact, confidentiality, and arbitration and continues its effort to increase non-unionized employee access to and knowledge of the Board and employee rights under the Act.  In our November program, Charlie Einsiedler and Michelle Bush will catch you up on where and how the Board is trying to assert itself, how this effort may affect your workplace, and what the longer-term fall-out may be.

While we certainly prefer to see you in person, we understand that travel and scheduling issues sometimes make attendance difficult. Therefore, all of our breakfast programs will be available for participation by web and teleconference.
