On January 8, Pierce Atwood's Employment team held its annual discrimination update, at which we survey developments on the national level and closer to home to get you up to speed on what’s been happening this year in the courts, the legislatures and on the administrative level.  This year’s hot topics included the duty of reasonable accommodation for the pregnant worker, gender identity and transgender discrimination, sex and sexual orientation harassment, age bias in performance assessment, and the ever-present ADA reasonable accommodation process.
