Volunteers Help Prepare Camp Sebago for the Summer: WGME TV Reports on Portland Office Day of Community Service

On May 8, 2019, attorneys and staff from Pierce Atwood’s Portland, Maine office participated in their annual Day of Community Service by helping Camp Sebago prepare its building and grounds for the upcoming summer camp season.

Firm volunteers painted, cleaned, and made repairs to cabins and decks, moved furniture and sports equipment, set up and organized the boat house, infirmary, and front office, and much more.

Maine’s WGME was on hand for part of the day, and spoke with firm Managing Partner David E. Barry, who discussed the importance not only of working together on service projects, but also, “it’s just great to get a chance to be with people you don’t normally get a chance to work with.”
