Kathleen Heyer REBA Webinar Panelist: Tax Lien Foreclosure Legal Assistance Referral Program
Pierce Atwood real estate and land use attorney Kathleen Heyer will participate in this Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) program providing an overview of the Tax Lien Foreclosure Legal Assistance Referral Program, a partnership between Lawyers Clearinghouse and the Land Court, to connect qualified homeowners with pro bono legal assistance in tax lien foreclosure cases.
Kathleen and the other panelists will share their experiences volunteering with the Tax Lien Foreclosure Clinic and discuss some of the common issues met by homeowners facing tax lien foreclosure. Joining Kathleen on the panel will be:
