Katharine Kohm Moderator at 2026 American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law Annual Conference

Pierce Atwood litigation and construction law partner Katharine E. Kohm will moderate a two-part discussion on the use of Primavera 6 (P6) for lawyers:

Wednesday, May 6, 1:15PM | Part 1 – Project Planning/Execution

This session will focus on how project planners and project managers use P6 in bidding, estimating, planning, and executing their projects. The panel will share how they use the program in the pre-construction and construction phases of their projects and what data points they find most critical.

Wednesday, May 6, 2:30PM | Part 2 – Forensic Tools for the Post-Mortem Review and Litigation Support

The second portion will focus on attorneys and experts who use P6 to conduct a forensic analysis of a failed or failing project. The panelists will explore some real-world disputes that touch on critical path and concurrent delay, resequencing of work, interim milestones with liquidated damages, time-impact analyses, and modifying/repairing schedules after the fact.
