Elizabeth Frazier Panelist at National Trust for Historic Preservation Webinar: Advocating Successfully for State Historic Tax Credits

Pierce Atwood government relations and lobbying attorney Elizabeth Frazier will join a National Trust for Historic Preservation webinar panel to discuss how New York, Kansas, and Maine each improved their programs involving historic tax credits (HTCs) in 2025. Successes ranged from encouraging legislators to expand HTC percentages in rural areas to lifting the census tract restriction if a historic rehabilitation creates affordable housing.
