Samih Eloubeidi
Samih Eloubeidi represents clients in a range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on class action defense and complex commercial litigation. Samih has also developed a strong pro bono practice in a variety of areas, including immigration and bankruptcy law.
Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Samih served as a legal intern in the Defensive Litigation Unit at the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston where he drafted and edited motions to dismiss for immigration cases, conducted document review, and prepared memoranda for upcoming trials.
While in law school, Samih was a student attorney for the International Humanitarian Law Clinic, where he worked with the Office of the Judge Advocate General and the American Red Cross. He was also a legal intern for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society.
