Pierce Atwood attorneys Michael Daly and Sam Blatchley were featured in the 2/4/2013 Rhode Island Lawyers Weekly article titled "Lawyer: new maritime rules may mean more work for the bar."

Mike and Sam took leading roles in the drafting of these new local admiralty rules for the Rhode Island Federal District Court.

The judges of the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island approved the rules that went into effect on January 15, 2013.
