In December 2013, the law firm of Little Bulman Medeiros & Whitney PC joined Pierce Atwood. The combined firm creates larger and deeper complex commercial and construction litigation practices and enhances the current strengths of both firms significantly. Recognized for its expertise in construction and business disputes and its handling of complex litigation matters, Little Bulman has been one of the leading firms in southeastern New England. The former Little Bulman attorneys are experienced litigators, admitted in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
The combined firms, operating under the Pierce Atwood name, will have strong regional practices spanning Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. With more than 130 attorneys on the East Coast, the firm’s Providence, Rhode Island office now consists of 11 attorneys.
