William Taylor to Speak at Tighe & Bond's Seminar, "What EPA’s Future Permit Limits for Long Island Sound Mean to You"
William E. Taylor, a partner in Pierce Atwood’s Environmental Practice Group who focuses his legal practice on matters related to water law, will be speaking at Tighe & Bond's upcoming seminar, "What EPA’s Future Permit Limits for Long Island Sound Mean to You," on September 13, 2018. A CWA attorney and former NEIWPCC commissioner, Bill has considerable experience in NPDES permit appeals and negotiations. He will speak about the NPDES permitting process, legal requirements for appeals, and the likelihood of success.
The goal of this seminar is to provide attendees with the information and tools needed to start planning for significant NPDES permitting and regulatory changes associated with the EPA’s nitrogen control program aimed at improving Long Island Sound (LIS) water quality.
