Pierce Atwood Litigation Partner John J. Aromando Admitted to American College of Trial Lawyers

Pierce Atwood is pleased to announce that Litigation Practice Group Chair John J. Aromando is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. John’s induction as Fellow took place in La Quinta, California during the 2019 Spring Meeting of the College.

Fellowship in the College is by invitation only, to experienced trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Lawyers must have a minimum of 15 years trial experience before they can be considered for Fellowship.

A litigator with more than 30 years of diverse trial experience, John currently focuses his practice on the defense of businesses in complex commercial litigation and class actions. He also advises lawyers and law firms with respect to professional conduct matters including the defense of professional liability claims. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts, and argued appeals before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
