Pierce Atwood Adds Power to its Energy Practice Group: Maeve C. Tibbetts Joins Firm's Washington, D.C. Office
Pierce Atwood is pleased to announce that Maeve C. Tibbetts has joined the firm as an associate in the Energy Practice Group. Maeve brings a range of recent experience in regulatory and enforcement matters before FERC and state public utility commissions. She represents energy traders, including those active in the ISO/RTO day-ahead markets, and counsels clients involved in formal and informal investigations by FERC’s Office of Enforcement.
Before joining Pierce Atwood, Maeve was an attorney at Monitoring Analytics, the Independent Market Monitor for PJM Interconnection. With her PJM and FERC experience, Maeve will play a key role within the Energy Practice Group, helping the team assist clients with the many regulatory issues facing developers, financial institutions, power marketers, and utilities.
Maeve received her J.D. from Roger Williams University and holds a B.A. in International Affairs from Sweet Briar College.
