Don Frederico Named National Law Review Go-To Thought Leader

The National Law Review (NLR), a daily legal news website providing objective and practical news and analysis, has named Pierce Atwood litigation partner Donald R. Frederico a 2020 “Go-To Thought Leader” for his written contributions on class action mediation.

NLR has recognized 72 exceptional legal authors in a wide range of practices, selected from a pool of over 20,000 legal news articles published in 2020. Those recognized were selected based on their publishing relevant, consistent, and well-thought-out legal news. Don is the founder and author of the firm’s Class Action Settlements and Mediation blog, and founder, editor, and author of the firm’s First Class Defense blog, which focuses on decisions of the state and federal courts within the boundaries of the First Circuit.

A senior trial attorney with more than three decades of courtroom experience, Don Frederico has represented defendants in a wide array of class actions in federal and state court, including in such areas as consumer fraud, product liability, labor and employment, environmental and toxic torts, antitrust, and civil RICO.
