Thomas E. Doyle advises clients on corporate and transactional law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters.
Tom has experience conducting due diligence, drafting purchase and sale agreements, and advising clients on structuring investments. He has assisted in the closing of a debt financing transaction for a large automotive supplier, and in the conversion of a technology limited liability company into a corporation. He has also advised clients on structuring early-stage investments, including series seed investments.
Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Tom was a corporate and transactional associate at Kerr Russell. Before starting his legal career, Tom interned and held analyst positions in the financial industry at companies including UBS Private Wealth Management, Barclays Investment Bank, and at FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
