Patrick Collins counsels individuals and families on estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate administration, and pre and postnuptial agreements. Patrick also advises business owners on succession planning strategies and represents clients in probate court proceedings, in addition to collaborating with firm attorneys on real estate and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Patrick was Chair of the Estate Planning Practice Group at Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella, PLLC, a law firm with offices in Exeter, Portsmouth, and Meredith, New Hampshire.  

While in law school Patrick clerked for New York Supreme Court Justice Michael Lynch and graduated magna cum laude from Albany Law School with honors in the Estate Planning Concentration.

Prior to law school, Patrick was an avid hockey player. He was captain of the varsity ice hockey teams at Phillips Exeter Academy and Connectictut College, and was named to the New England Small College Athletic Conference’s (NESCAC) All-Academic and All-Sportsmanship teams.
