Krystal D. Williams is an associate in Pierce Atwood's Energy and Energy Infrastructure Project Development & Finance Practice Groups. Krystal’s deep experience driving strategy and global business growth in a Fortune 500 company contributes to her comprehensive and strategic approach to clients’ financing and project goals.
Krystal assists renewable energy and traditional/conventional power generation clients in a broad spectrum of matters, including transactional matters and regulatory compliance. Krystal works closely with her colleagues to support energy infrastructure clients in all phases of development - from permitting to putting power into the grid. She also has significant rate case experience in both Maine and Massachusetts. And, as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Krystal helps clients understand and address the unique data and infrastructure security issues facing the energy sector.
Prior to joining Pierce Atwood, Krystal worked at Deere & Company, where she worked on enterprise-wide initiatives to drive growth, efficient operations, and increased profitability. She successfully managed teams at various organization levels, including UAW factory employees, contingent employees, and mid-level specialists.
Krystal is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Water Sanitation/ Dominican Republic) and is proficient in Spanish. Her other interests include hiking, singing, and guitar playing.
