Brenna P. Charette
Brenna Charette is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.
Brenna’s practice includes general commercial litigation, including the defense of ERISA and non-ERISA insurance claims and the litigation and arbitration of construction claims.
Before joining Pierce Atwood, Brenna was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Prior to that, she was a judicial law clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court Trial Court Law Clerk Department for Associate Justice Jeffrey A. Lanphear of the Rhode Island Superior Court.
While attending Roger Williams University School of Law, Brenna was a judicial extern for Judge O. Rogeriee Thompson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, a Pierce Atwood summer associate, and a research assistant for Professor Emily J. Sack.
For many years, Brenna has worked with a variety of college and community-based organizations on sexual assault and domestic violence awareness, education, and prevention.
