Alice L. Grant

Alice Grant is a paralegal and title insurance underwriter in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group with over 28 years of experience as a real estate paralegal. She assists attorneys with real estate research, review, and analysis of title documents and surveys, negotiation and underwriting of title insurance coverage, and document drafting.

Prior to joining Pierce Atwood in 2015, Alice worked as a commercial real estate paralegal and title insurance underwriter at Drummond Woodsum for many years, and as a title abstractor at Atlantic Title Company.

Alice is a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono and has a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Southern Maine.
