Beginning July 1, 2019, all MA employers will have to start complying with the first wave of requirements under the MA Paid Family and Medical Leave Act. This seminar on April 10 focused on what MA employers need to do now to get ready to meet this July 1, 2019 deadline. We are also eagerly awaiting another version of the MPFML regulations which are due to be released on March 31, 2019. We discussed these draft regulations as well.
